Now taking field trip bookings for the 2025 fall season!
We are excited to be opening our bookings for 2025! Please note there are some changes to our booking process.
Click the bar below to download the most up to date field trip information and then begin the booking process following the steps.
Step 1: Determine your group size.
Step 2: Call to determine time slot availability for group size & place temporary hold.
Step 3: Sign agreement and email to contact@avilavalleybarn.com within 3 days to hold time slot.
Step 4: 14 days prior to field trip date, call to finalize group size and provide payment.
