We are excited to be opening our bookings for 2026! Please note there are some changes to our booking process.

Step 1: Determine your group size.

Step 2: Call to determine time slot availability for group size & place temporary hold.

Step 3: Sign agreement and email to contact@avilavalleybarn.com within 3 days to hold time slot.

​

Step 4: 14 days prior to field trip date, call to finalize group size and provide payment.
