My name is Ingrid Hilton, I’m a Master Food Preserver and have been canning over 40 years. One of my many passions in life is enabling others to do things they never thought were possible. You’ll learn more about me as time goes by, for now lets get started.
Summer is here and that means canning season is upon us! I will be teaching classes again this year at the Avila Valley Barn. Here I will share with you tips and hints as well as canning basics from start to finish. Classes at the Avila Valley Barn will start in June. We will be offering two dates in hopes to accommodate most needs. You can have a great date night with someone special (even if it’s a girls night out). We will be meeting in the Sweet Shop.
