One of the first things to greet you upon your arrival at the Barn is the yummy, fresh-baked aroma from our country bakery. Everything we offer is made fresh daily right here on the premises!

Our bakery was an immediate success when it first opened and has continued to be a very important part of what we offer here at the Barn. We first used our home-grown fresh-picked apples, peaches, apricots and berries to make u-bake pies, and cobblers. |

Now, our bakery also creates a dazzling daily choice of fresh-baked pies, turnovers, cobblers, and crisps using our very own fresh, juicy and naturally sweet fruit grown right here at the Barn. We also offer fresh-baked muffins, cinnamon rolls, breads, scones, brownies, and cookies–all just waiting for you to enjoy.

We're so proud of our bakery staff who works hard to keep up with the demand we have for our baked goods. Our individual teams of bakers work from 4 a.m. until 7 p.m. daily producing hundreds of pies and other bakery items. While individual teams are making pie dough one batch at a time, others are making toppings for the cobblers and crisps.
We even have a team that is devoted to just peeling all of the just-picked, farm-crisp apples, and sweet, juicy peaches, and preparation of our beautiful, luscious berries and apricots that are needed to bake an average of at least 2,000 pies a week! There are also teams who make all of our other daily fresh-baked items. We believe that using the freshest of ingredients and baking in small batches results in the kind of homemade quality that you have come to expect and enjoy from us.
